HANDLES TECHNICAL DATA
- HANDLES HANGERS are mainly available in 2 two types, one
is standard, the other can be customized according to requirements, from a simple
description "MADE IN ITALY" or the customer-retailer name or the logo.
- THREADS are available in 5 different types as follows:

- Rubber coated Steel handles
- On
request we can supply handles in ALUMINUM or Stainless Steel
COLOURS
A wide range of colours, shades
and finishes is available. On request we can supply special finishes according
to customer requirements.
- THE WALL THICKNESS OF THE STEEL HANDLE
The tube is produces from a coil of cold rolled special grade steel in which the width
corresponds to the perimeter of the tube and the thickness is the wall thickness of the
handle. This kind of steel has a tensile strength of 70Kg/mm2 (686,5 N/mm2) but what
it makes our product one of the most quality assured is the process which is used to weld
and stabilize the steel tube handle.
Standard thickness is mm.0,20 - 0,23 - 0,25 - 0,28 - 0,34 and on customer request we can
produce other thickness', for a minimum order quantity.
- LENGTH cm.110-cm.120-cm.130 as standard, but on
customer request and according to order quantity we can produce lengths from cm.90 to
cm.145
For special requirements the minimum order quantity and delivery terms will
be agreed on a case to case basis.

- THE BENDING STRENGTH
This is the Weight which is needed to bend a tube of the length of 1 meter, it is obvious
that the thickness of the tube wall determines the difference in the handle strength.
As you can see in the following tal, the wall thickness is proportionally related to the
strength of the handle. This has a practical use, for example the top wall thickness will
most probably be used in the industrial field to be able to withstand a heavy duty use, on
the other side the lower thickness can be used for household light duty use. In few words
you should try to select the right thickness according to the use your customer has. * non standard items

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION
The thickness of the steel and the quality of the steel are most important to achieve a
top quality product, for example:
- The
thickness of the steel must not vary.
- Also
the steel when quoted to be a certain thickness i.e.: 0,25 should be 0,25 -0/+0,02. Some
manufacturers use a steel of 0,25 +0/-0,02 which allows them to save approx. 10% on the
steel cost, as the steel is paid by the weight.
- The
quality of the steel must also be kept under control directly from the foundry, through
the various transformation processes to the final rolled coil, to maintain a top quality
product.
